Previously, if a customer was dissatisfied or unhappy with their service for whatever reason, they used to immediately go directly over to Google to leave a review, but if someone has a good experience, they may or may not leave a review. I like any type of reminder messages, so it was great to be able to have the Rep see that and be able to have the kickback coupon integrated. I think one reason why there was such an increase in reviews is just because of how easy it is. Everyone is always on their phone, and just clicking an emoji with heart eyes is a lot easier than having to physically go out of their way to find something.
