I like any type of reminder messages, so it was great to be able to have the Rep see that and be able to have the kickback coupon integrated. I think one reason why there was such an increase in reviews is just because of how easy it is. Everyone is always on their phone, and just clicking an emoji with heart eyes is a lot easier than having to physically go out of their way to find something. Throughout my work history in marketing, I’ve noticed people don’t always race to leave a positive review .. more so the negatives, so this is definitely a help to get those positive ones flowing!

It made life a lot easier, that’s for sure! One of the coolest features is being able to follow along individually with the locations. There were times when I’d take a screenshot and send it to a certain manager so they could see the analytics. The dashboard is a lot clearer than the spreadsheets I was doing by hand. Also, the push notification was a lot more detailed and helpful (than Google’s), and had a lot more content than the standard one that’s just like, ‘You have a review’. It helps me get to the important ones a lot faster.
