Meet TracPoint's Newest Employee, Joe Codrington.
Joe joined the team back in June as TracPoint’s Customer Success Manager. He was raised in Bloomfield, Connecticut and lived there until he attended college at Southeastern University. After his first year, he decided to transfer to Gordon College in Beverly, MA where he graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Business and a minor in Communications. Since his sophomore year of college, he has successfully run his own wedding photography business on the side. Joe was drawn to the visual aspect of digital marketing. Being a creative minded person, he knew he wanted a career that would allow him to utilize his creative skills.
Joe originally applied to Tracpoint because he wanted experience in a Marketing agency environment. He also liked the small, entrepreneurial environment that Tracpoint has. After being here for a few months, Joe said “The work ethic at Tracpoint is really strong and in a marketing agency environment I think the experience that I’m getting is invaluable.” He is new to the digital marketing industry so his biggest challenge right now is learning both the digital and marketing sides and how they work together. Tracpoint’s emphasis on software is something new that he is excited to continue learning about as he sees a good future in technology.
When Joe isn’t working at TracPoint or as a wedding photographer, he enjoys looking for different was to stay active as well as spending time with college friends and his lovely fiancé Bea. If he had one piece of advice to give to someone looking to get into digital marketing he would say “It’s never too late to change direction or decide what you want to do in life.”
