Meet TracPoint's Newest Employee, Elizabeth Malone.
Elizabeth was raised in Byfield, which is a village in Newbury, Massachusetts. Elizabeth and her husband John purchased a house last year, down the street from where she grew up. Her daughter lives with them and three out of her four step children stay with them on weekends. The eldest stepchild lives in an apartment in Boston where she attends school.
Elizabeth was a student of Northern Essex Community College in the early 2000s. She majored in photojournalism, because she loved writing and photography- and talking to strangers! Her written works included pieces that were used as examples of excellence in subsequent classes.
Elizabeth was drawn to digital marketing after falling in love with customizing CRM platforms for her clients. She developed the ability to program CRMs in such a way that allowed company communications to remain personalized while being intelligently automated. Programming algorithms is quickly becoming a large part of the skills required under the umbrella of digital marketing.
Elizabeth has been hired as the Marketing Operations Manager at TracPoint. Her management duties include overseeing the development team and its production of our software platforms; as well as the marketing team and account managers’ daily activities. Elizabeth is here to ensure TracPoint’s clients get the most from their current tools, and to educate current and potential clients on the benefits of all that we offer.
Elizabeth was originally drawn to TracPoint by how much her skills matched the requirements of the job posting. She’s delighted to make an impact on TracPoint’s proprietary software, as she’s confident it will revolutionize the ‘Reviews Industry’.
Her dream job is fairly close to what she’s doing now! Something software-centric but also people-focused is a difficult role for many, but this is where Elizabeth really excels. She can be found chatting with a client about their experience, their specific needs and ideas, and even their day. The next moment she’ll be incorporating that customer data into TracPoint’s feedback repository, and measuring it against existing User Interface improvement requests, and prioritizing all the improvements. Elizabeth loves keeping busy!
The most interesting project Elizabeth’s been involved with was the creation of a merchant services acquisition platform for high-risk or international merchants, called Xodoc International. Companies typically have a hard time securing payment processing if they have a high percent of charge-backs (think clothing returns) or are in a regulated industry (prescription drug sales, etc). The Xodoc application process connected tolerant ISOs and MSPs with high risk merchants and decreased the back and forth between them.
In Elizabeth’s spare time she loves doing anything super active. She used to bike and kayak when she lived on a local barrier island called Plum Island, but now she tries to go running in the woods with her dog or drive around in her convertible (anytime it’s 45 degrees or over)!
