Meet TracPoint’s Most Valuable Employee, Brianna Figucia.

Brianna attended Clemson University her freshman year and then transferred to Salem State University. There, she continued on her path to go on and receive her Bachelor of Science in Communications with a minor in Graphic Design. She started out as a Business Major at Clemson but quickly realized it was lacking the creative element that she had a notable aptitude for. Once transferred to Salem State University, she learned that a Communications major combined creativity with an analytical swing, which made it a perfect choice for her.

Three years ago Brianna was offered a full-time position at TracPoint as a graphic designer. She was thrilled to have gotten a kick start to her career prior to graduating. Becoming full-time motivated her to keep growing her skill-set so her value for the company would grow as well. Brianna feels working at TracPoint has given her every skillset that she needed to become a fully-rounded Marketing professional. Everything she knows within the digital landscape is because of her experience at TracPoint.

Brianna began at as a graphic design intern. She said, “The idea of working on a creative team was what originally appealed to me.” As her role has evolved, she loves the fact that she can be working on a creative piece one hour and the next is speaking with a client. Brianna is now the Marketing Manager at TracPoint and takes on many different roles within the company.  From designing ads for clients and utilizing Facebook Ad Manager to creating an email marketing campaign to attract prospects, Brianna does it all. Digital Marketing Manager is the the main role she plays on a daily basis. Brianna said, “Digital marketing is the future. It’s the way that the advertising landscape is evolving; and it’s constantly evolving. Digital marketing keeps me on my toes by forcing me to stay up to date with the latest trends.” Brianna says that her biggest challenge working in a Digital Marketing world is staying on top of the ever-changing trends. Her passion for digital marketing has driven her to pursue a Masters degree in Advertising from Syracuse University.

Brianna was born and raised in Wilmington, Ma with her twin sister Courtney and younger brother Matt. She now resides in Gloucester, Ma where she spends quality time with her two rescue cats, Ollie and Luna.  When Brianna isn’t working as a Marketing professional, she enjoys going to local breweries with her family, working on her photography and staying connected with her family and friends through her two favorite social media networks, Facebook and Snapchat.
